EVENT POLICY – TAILLY TALES SHOW
By purchasing a ticket to Tailly Tales Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
🎟️ TICKETS & REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds for missed shows, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction. If a show is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered a rescheduled date or a credit for a future event. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime – arrive early to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may be seated at an appropriate moment determined by event staff. Children under 2 years old who sit on a parent’s lap do not require a ticket. All other children must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult at all times. Flash photography and video recording are not permitted during the show. No outside food, drinks, or large bags allowed inside the venue. Disruptive behavior (excessive noise, running, interrupting performances) may result in removal without a refund. The event organizers and venue are not responsible for lost or stolen items, personal injury, or property damage incurred during the event. ⏳ ARRIVAL & SEATING
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime – arrive early to enjoy the full experience!
Late arrivals may be seated at an appropriate moment determined by the event staff.
VIP and reserved seating guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime to claim their seats.
🎭 SHOW ETIQUETTE & CHILD SUPERVISION
This is a family-friendly event – we expect all attendees to be respectful and follow venue guidelines.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The event organizers are not responsible for unattended children.
Flash photography and video recording are not permitted during the show to avoid distractions to performers and guests.

No outside food, drinks, or large bags allowed inside the venue.
