What are the booking conditions?
BY BOOKING OUR SHOW, I COMPLETELY AGREE AND UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
1. Please check all information carefully! You CANNOT change the date, time or address once the party has been confirmed and payment has been made!
2. A deposit is required to secure the date and time of service. NO DEPOSIT – NO PARTY CONFIRMATION!
This deposit will be used towards the final payment for the service or product.
3. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! The exception is cancellation on our part.
4. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE PARTY FOR ANY REASON (weather, illness, any other reason) – NO REFUNDS! WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. ELECTRICITY MUST BE PROVIDED FOR AN OUTDOOR PARTY!
What are the features of the booking?
Custom packages with religious observation, different theme parties, special outfit are available upon your request. All our equipment are professional and unique. Special floor covers are provided. Insurance included. Please appreciate our time and respect other customers – we kindly request for any show schedule changes in advance. Taxes and insurance are included. Destination and parking fee may apply.
Can you do a show outside?
Yes, but for this we must install our inflatable arch for this you must provide us with electricity and space according to the size of our tent.
Size: 19 feet wide = 600 cm 13 feet high = 400cm 16 feet deep = 500 cm
Also indicate on what surface the awning will be installed (concrete, grass).
Can you damage furniture and floors with soapy liquid if the show is indoors?
Cleanliness and order are 100% guaranteed. For the floor we use special carpet. The bubbles are only above our surface and the bubbles do not go beyond the carpet.
Why the program for outside price to high, if I have only 10 kids why you can’t provide me silver package?
In order for the program to be outside, we need to install our tent and therefore the number of children does not matter, the show will be considered according to the gold package outdoor.
